(More customer reviews)Customer service at Empire is terrible. When you find out the car cover they sold you is NOT the proper one for your car they try to send you something else (in my case a station wagon cover for a 2 door coupe) or they charge you a 20% restocking fee. I wish I would have spent $100 more and bought the proper cover from Volkswagen directly.
