(More customer reviews)I purchased this card to have a Zoombak car tracker installed in my vehicle.Upon going to the website the 'online scheduler' is not exactly as advertised.I was shown a list of locations, selected my preferred date and time and then waited for a callback.Four days later I hadn't received a call and called InstallCard on my own.The rep said that they were very busy.Then she proceeded to tell me that the location provided and selected online doesn't accept InstallCard's reimbursement rate for this item -- nice.Not exactly online scheduling.She secured an appointment at the next closest location 15 miles from my home -- I live in a very populated suburb north of NYC.They would call later that afternoon with the exact time and location details. No call came in.I called the next day only to be told that not appointment was secured.They called me back finally with an appointment at that location 5 days later.(We're now on day 10 from time selection to appointment.)I, unfortunately, had to reschedule because I was ill on the morning of the appointment.The location wouldn't reschedule and the next appointment InstallCard could provide was 1 week from now at a location 30 miles from my house.Nice.Thankfully they're processing a refund and I'm going to go to a place 1 mile from my home for only $10 more than the $59 I paid. I'm sorry I went through all of this and should have gone direct to begin with.
