(More customer reviews)They've changed the description since I reviewed this item. It used to be called an AC adapter. If you want a DC adapter this thing works. Here is my previous review and they've never offered to give me my money back. Despite calling it an AC adapter it is not. AC stands for alternating current. You know, the type that comes out of the wall?This unit is only a DC charger made for charging your laptop from an automobile.
