(More customer reviews)I bought this iron-- worked pretty well for a very short time.The temperature doesn't really seem hot enough though.I had to used the highest setting all the time. After just a few months (and I don't iron much either), it started beeping constantly and displaying an error message every time it was plugged in.So, I contacted Black & Decker-- was instructed to cut off the cord, mail it to them and include $7.50 (which seems ridiculous to me-- usually if an item malfunctions during the warranty period, the company pays all the shipping) and they would mail me a new iron.I decided to give it one more try-- hoping for better service this time.Well, again, after just a few (3) months, the same thing happened yesterday.I intend to voice my complaints-- and buy another iron-- this time NOT a Black & Decker.Very frustrating!
