(More customer reviews)I've used Infinity speakers for years and they never fail to impress me.My vehicle has the Kappa line from a few years ago and I also added the Basslink self-powered subwoofer.I decided it was time to replace my wife's factory speakers and seeing that her vehicle is higher mileage, I decided to try the Reference line to see how the entry level speakers compared.WOW!I purchased this set with the 3032cf for the dash and the 6032cf for the doors.Due to the current sale, I was able to get all three sets for $191 delivered - an excellent bargain!I was very impressed with the 6032cf and 9633cf tweeter enhancement switch which adds an extra 3 db if needed (and in her car it did since her stock headunit only has bass, midrange, and treble adjustments.)When we tested out some of our favorite rock tunes (particularly sections with heavy bass,) they performed so impressively that my wife commented that it sounds like my car with the subwoofer ... only she doesn't have one.Highly recommended!Infinity proves once again they are the premiere speaker manufacturer.

Infinity 9633cf Features

Plus One woofer cones
This patent pending technology deliver a cone with more surface area than competing models of the same size. The result is increased bass output and higher efficiency.
True Four Ohms
All Reference speakers feature two ohm voice coils. Original factory-installed speaker wiring in many cars is 18-22 gauge. This wire, and heating in the voice coil when power is applied, increase the impedance "seen" by the amplifier or head unit. The impedance of Reference Speakers has been adjusted to compensate for this increase and can be safely driven by any head unit.
Edge-driven textile dome midrange and tweeter
These are not commonly used w-domes, but fully-edge-driven domes like those found in better home audio speakers. The benefit is increased power handling and reduced distortion at high output levels. This technology also allows for better integration with the mid/woofer.
Unipivot
Infinity's Unipivot (patent no. 6,002,780) allows the tweeter to be pointed at the listener's location even when the speaker is mounted off axis. This optimizes the stereo image and ensures a more uniform response.
Tweeter level adjustment
The 9633cf also features a tweeter level adjustment located on the front of the speaker and can be set at the reference level of 0dB. If the speakers are located low in the doors or if you are looking for a brighter sound, set the tweeter at +3dB.
Rubber surrounds
This material provides optimum cone-edge suspension and absorbs distortions that may travel up the cone edge, adding stronger low-end.

(More customer reviews)This unit is garbage. This unit worked pretty good for about 3 weeks, until one day I tried to change the song using my touch screen, and the screen went blank. The audio continued to play, but i couldn't see anything. The old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true. I knew buying an inferior brand such as "Boss" would be a gamble. The odds weren't in my favor. Hopefully others will have better luck. I shipped the defective head unit back to Amazon and got a full refund. Thank God it broke before the refund deadline date. I recently ordered a Pioneer unit to replace it.

(More customer reviews)I read a lot of these reviews before I decided to buy this item. Most of them simply claimed that the box didn't keep the pieces in place. Neatness is a very important thing for me but I bought anyway with the intention of buying a different box for it.

Once I the kit was delivered, I opened the box and noticed that all the pieces were scattered everywhere. I almost regretted buying the item, until I examined the box and realized all it needed was a small adjustment.

I took the two longer flaps from the delivery box, measured, and cut them appropriately, duct-taped them together, and finally nailed them to the inner top lid. It added the perfect amount of thickness to the top lid so that the pieces would remain in there place at any realistic vibrations. Short of an earthquake I cannot imagine the kit going through any vigorous shocks to have the pieces jump out of place.

So in conclusion, this kit is a great buy for what its worth and there is a very simple solution to the box dilema that takes less than 10 mins to do.
I fully recommend this.

(More customer reviews)I bought a 2001 Ford Focus ZTS last week and it only came with 1 key and no remote. Since then I have had another key made, but I decided I wanted a remote first. Most places were charging around $50 for a remote, so I decided to check amazon out.

I got this remote for $20 shipped, the seller got it to me in 4 days. This remote can not get better. I took it out of the package and went out to my car, I turned to car from OFF to RUN 4 times in under 6 seconds and then when I turned it to OFF, the car beeped. At this point you press any button on the remote and the car will beep again. Then you turn it to RUN again and then shut it off, the remote is now programmed.

It took me a max of 30 seconds to program the remote, and it works great. It locks, unlocks, pops the trunk, and sets off the alarm. What more can you ask for?

Great A+++ product, would buy another one if I needed to.

First: it thought it was waaay expensive! And it is. But it was worth it because it's much better than changing stations every 10 seconds. And it tells my GPS route me around traffic and accidents.. which is amazing.

I use the XM Radio, Traffic, and Weather services - they all work great except the XM signal goes whenever I'm heading North-West. But the cord isn't long enough to reach outside my big semi so it isn't able to get the signal it needs. Other than that it's pretty darn good.

(More customer reviews)Smooth, clean with good performance.I like all the bass frequencies at the level they were recorded, not ear shattering boom,boom at some and nothing at others.On some songs there are several different bass notes and this unit faithfully reproduces them.The level is very adequate for my Accord.The small size allows me to mount the Sub just in front of the driver's seat which gives good spacial (bass in front) sense.When someone shorter has to drive the car, I simply undo the straps move the Sub.

I drive back and forth from home and work every day and it's fun to hear it go off and see a cop. its like an I SPY game but with cops and you get to cheat.

It has never given off a false alarm. And works well even with my car(an older model).

It is money well spent and saves you money in the long run from tickets.

Of course, I knew what I was getting, since that was what I asked them to get for me for my birthday :-) .Anyhow.The first week, my brother-in-law borrowed it from me to go to NYC (we live in Upstate, NY - about 6 hour drive to New York City).When he came back, he didn't want to give me the radar back, that's how much he liked it.He's had a few radars in the past, but he said that this one is by far superior to all the other ones, including the latest one from Passport.The next week, my wife and I took a trip to Niagara Falls, and this little "guy" worked its magic.I could "see" the cops long before they could "see" me.So, here is a little pros and cons list for this item:

Pros:
Range - like I already mentioned before, it's got a great "range", and gave me plenty of time to slow down before the cops could catch my speed on their radar guns.

Features - it's got "tons" of cool features.You can program it any way you like it.It's also got one of those "safety" features on it.It tells you if there is a construction going on or an accident on a road ahead (this feature is not present in all areas though).

Controls - the controls are totally awesome!Their easy to access and very "user-friendly", meaning that you don't have to read through the manual to figure out how to do something.Even the power cord has a mute button on it!Very sleek!

Cons:
Price - this is probably one of the most expensive radar detectors on the market.But, if you want the best, be prepare to pay for it.

Summary: It's certainly not cheap, but I think it's well worth the price.Great radar!Highly recommended!

(More customer reviews)I got this radar detector after doing research on them for a few days. It was the best value out there for a radar that picks up so many different bands of radar. Thing thing has already saved me a few times from Sergeant D-bag. If you are looking for a good radar, then pick this bad boy up.

Note: Automatic doors may set off your radar. I get false alerts on city mode maybe 2 to 3 times a day in extremely busy areas with lots of stores that have automatic doors.

Car Charger Power Adapter Cord for Garmin Nuvi Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased this as a replacement for the original Garmin cable which was lost. I thought it would be long enough as it says it's 8 feet long. That must be the length stretched out. The problem is that the coiled cable is only 2 feet long and very springy. The constant stretching to try to reach the windshield weakened the connector and the wire pulled out. So now I have to purchase another adapter. I don't recommend this product.

(More customer reviews)This is actually my third iTrip that I have purchased (each for different iPods). I have always been very impressed with the two previous iTrips that I've used. The biggest surprise for this time was that I had expected the iTrip Nano to be a small, tube shaped devise that attached to the bottom of my Nano. To my surprise (and in contrast to the photos shown) the iTrip Nano actually is about the same size as my 2G Nano iPod and slides in up behind the device. At first I was a bit annoyed with the much larger than expected size, but after reading some reviews on the smaller FM transmitters, I changed my mind on the iTrip Nano,. Despite it's larger than expected size (which means I have to take my iPod out of its case every time I want to use the iTrip), the FM tuning strength is excellent. Ultimately, it is the sound quality that is the most important factor, not the overall size.
