(More customer reviews)recevied this kit yesterday and try to put up, but whatever I try for 3 hours, the light won't turn on. I put back old bulb and work ok and put this kit on again , still not working. back and forth for 3 horus, I decided to try other way. use my extra Car battery , directly power to this HID kit,and it works. so I think some how the power from my new car is not strong enough.
Then I did some reseach on internet, found out I do need a relay to get this work and relized most new car do this need relay. ( no wonder this user manaul does have a relay drawing), if so, the seller should make it more clear about this relay needed possibility, instead let end user run around to save them money not to send relay.
The user manual really need to improve, no contact point , no address, no phone #, no email... , I guess , don't want people to call them. once they disapear frmo Amazon, you will never find them I guess and don't even think about 2 year warranty. it is real ? 2 year?
Also, the box did not even say where this made. not sure how they import this product or local made ? did not say.
I am contacting resller through Amazon to get me a relay or refund, so let's see what they say.
but to be honest, the rest, like cable, blaster... etc. looks good quality. As far as bulb, we will need to turn on and use for a while and will know if good. but for my past experience from eBay lamp, those lamps from China will not last long (and decade quick). they said 2 year warranty, but I doublt they can do 2 year warranty for bulb. I am ready to buy new one from Osram or Philips to replace it. over all is good, except manual and relay missing. will let you know the lamp or the reseller response. I am giving them 3 stars, due to my 3 horus try for nothing. jeff
